Kalaimamani Smt.Ranganayaki Jayaraman was conferred the title “Natya Kalasarathy”  at the inauguration of 104 th year Dance Festival of Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha, Triplicane, chennai – 5.by its President Dr.Nalli Kuppuswami Chetti on Friday the 16th January 2004 in the presence of a large audience .In addition the award carried a citation , a gold medallion and cash of  Rs.5000/- Natyakala Sarathy Prof.Sudharani Raghupathy the danseuse and Smt.Nandini Ramani Secretary, Music Academy,Chennai.felicitated Smt.Ranganayaki Jayaraman.
